RE-EXISTIR BULLETIN

Our newsletter bulletin aims to provide locals with the effective arm of counter-information to combat the widespread misinformation and brainwashing of the system. We hope to disseminate tools, relevant histories, and local events that uphold the efforts of people who are actively constructing new worlds in the shell of the old. Everyday, there are concrete alternatives and community spaces taking shape in our region that function as the seeds of community autonomy, in the here and now.
We invite you to get connected, stay updated with us on local events, and actively make efforts to network with locals in order to create a resistance worthy of our times.

LOVE & DISORDER PROJECT ORIGINAL ZINES

The Love and Disorder Project is a print-media project seeking to circulate the words, memories, and practices of brown autonomies.

Be sure to check out the latest release: “We Are All Illegal — An Intro to Brown Anarchy”

Years in the making, this short zine seeks to provide an accessible introduction to the topic of anarchy, and its relevance to brown people in search of justice and freedom. In it, concepts and practices such as autonomy, non-visibility, and daily life interventions give readers tools to seek new forms of assembling and resisting. The text is an attempt to shift our perceptions, to recognize the forms of everyday anarchy and resistance that our communities embody: to tap into the potential of these forces, and foment ungovernable brown insurgencies. Intended as material for active group discussion.

Find the project tabling at an event or street corner near you. Invite the crew to your events and stay updated on Instagram: @love_and_disorder_

MEMORIA NEGRA BLOG SERIES

“I believe in memory not as a place of arrival, but as point of departure—a catapult throwing you into present times, allowing you to imagine the future instead of accepting it.” — Eduardo Galeano

Memoria Negra is an upcoming blog series dedicated to the theme of anarchic and autonomous practices, historical perspectives, and archives across so-called Latin America.
Stay tuned.
